Anna Nicole Smith's Bahamian lawyer, Michael Scott, has quit as her lead counsel blaming differences on strategy and concerns. Michael didn't like the fact that Anna exchanged fake vows with Howard K. Stern even before she made burial arrangements for her son, Daniel.
Scott said, “A disagreement on a commercial transaction made it difficult for us to remain as counsel."
A funeral home in the Bahamas is still holding Daniel's body. They are waiting for burial instructions from the family.
Scott blamed Stern for the differences.
This seems so trivial which shit that is going on. Who cares about this pill-popping bitch. She needs a strange lawyer to tell her that she needs to care about her son? That's sad shit.
