As you know a small plane crashed into a NYC apartment building on the UES killing 4 people, two from the plane and two in their apartment. The building is a residential high-rise located on 72nd.

CNN is of course causing fear to Americans by suggest it's a terrorist attack.

UPDATE - One news outlet is reporting the plane was owned by Yankee pitcher, Cory Lidle. Who knows though? Also, reports are that the crash was caused by a fuel problem.

UPDATE II - It has been confirmed that a member of the Yankees organization was on board. No word if it was Lidle.

UPDATE III - It was confirmed that Lidle was the pilot.
