Confirmed: Madge Adopts!!!

Star Magazine is confirming that Madonna and Guy Ritchie adopted a baby boy in Africa today. There were rumors that the couple would go through with it and they have! Madge was in Malawai, Africa raising AIDS awareness and decided to pick up a little souvenir, a baby!

The baby boy will have a brother, Rocco, and a sister, Lourdes.

UPDATE - I guess it's true, Reuters is reporting it.

UPDATE II - Madge's rep denies it and says, "I can confirm Madonna is in Malawi on a private visit." "She has not adopted a baby, despite reports that she has."
