Photographer and Entertainment reporter, Larry Birkhead, filed papers yesterday in a California court claiming he was the true father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby. He wants a paternity test and legal custody of Dannielynn Hope. Anna was also served with papers last week in the Bahamas before her commitment ceremony to Howard K. Stern. Howard still insists he's the rightful baby daddy.
Larry's lawyer said: "Mr. Birkhead seeks truth in paternity as he believes beyond any doubt that he is the father and seeks a presence in this child's life. He is concerned for the health and safety of the child based upon drug issues and manipulation by a third party for purposes contrary to the interests of the child."
Concerned? Please! Just like everybody else around Anna, this dumb ass wants something from her. He wants a little fame and a little dough. I wish Anna would get out of her drug-induced coma and see the damn light.
